In 1954 builder Howard Grubb held many open houses at the Lortondale model homes located on Pittsburg right off of 21st across from the Tulsa County Fairgrounds. If you bought a home or attended an open house you would have received one of the official Lortondale brochures. These are somewhat rare, there are only 4 or 5 known to exist in the neighborhood.
